How do I create an account?
You can create your account by going to www.shopwise.gocart.ph. You may register using your email address.
How are items priced on Shopwise?
All products on our website are sold at the same price as our offline stores.
What are the goods available at Shopwise?
For now, we offer grocery items from Shopwise. Stay tuned for more items from your favorite retail brands soon.
What is the minimum order value?
We require a minimum amount of P1,000 for each transaction.
Is there a maximum amount or quantity to order?
We follow quantity restrictions imposed by DTI on selected basic commodities. Likewise, we abide by local government regulations on the selling and delivery of liquor in selected areas.
Due to delivery or supply constrains, we may also limit the quantity allowed per order for certain products.
Can someone abroad order and delivery locally?
Yes. Anyone can order on the site as long as the area where products will be delivered are covered by GoCart.
Can I request for substitute items in case some of the products I ordered are unavailable?
Unfortunately, all unavailable items during the picking process will be left out. This is a system limitation at the moment. Watch out for this substitution feature in the future. Final charges to your account will be based on actual items fulfilled.
How can I get updates of my order?
You will be receiving email or text notifications regarding the status of your order.
